We offer installations, service, replacement of oil filters and oils, perform repairs of mainly pressbrakes and shears but perform work on the entire range from Baykal and Weinbrenner but also have knowledge of other brands.

We have over 25 years of experience with this type of machine and have over time built a good network of contacts with suppliers to be able to offer the spare parts and the support required to keep production going with our customers.

Service

We offer security through service agreements where we also keep track of your intervals regarding oil changes, safety inspections and inspections.
We document all information about what was done at each visit, which helps maintain the resale value of the machine.

We stock spare parts as well as oil filters, breathing filters for oil tanks, air filters for control systems and electrical cabinets, lubricants and oil for service of most existing machines.

Training

Training adapted to the customer’s needs and wishes, we offer training on controlsystems and also the machine as a whole. Everything from a basic training for simpler programming, for example for extra staff to larger, more comprehensive training for regular machine operators, including practical machine handling and ongoing maintenance points, etc., which increases the life of the machine and contributes to a safer production flow. Before or in connection with machine investment, we offer demo / offline training on control systems and machine functions.

In collaboration with Tony Olah at Tovend AB, we also offer sales of Baykal pressbrakes, shears, laser or plasma cutting, Beka-mak machines, Loewer deburring machines, etc.
